Transmitter Warranty Details

1: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers the entire radio, ensuring that it is free of workmanship defects

2: The warranty covers not only the initial owner, but also second-hand equipment purchased (excluding man-made damage)

3: If the device is deemed to be faulty, the after-sales service center will provide assistance in one of the following two ways

Provide users with replacement parts

Connect users with our after-sales service center, and users need to bear the one-way shipping costs (except for special circumstances)

The after-sales service center will diagnose, repair and ship the device back to the user. Other requests are not supported

Others

1: Due to bad weather, overcurrent, improper operation, external force, unauthorized modification of software and hardware are not covered by the warranty

2: The terms of service are subject to change without prior notice

Out of warranty

1: For non-warranty repairs and services, please contact our company's after-sales center or authorized repair agent

2: We uphold the concept of being responsible to users. As long as users are willing to use and are still using our control, we are always responsible for repairs. If there is no replacement of accessories, we will still provide free repair services
